Mrs. Patenaude has been practicing at Mercier Leduc ever since her admission to the Quebec Bar in 1997, and she was named Partner of our law firm in 2006.  Her fields of practice are mainly Corporate Law, Commercial Law and Real Estate Law, as well as financing of enterprises for the benefit of a broad institutional and business clientele.  She has gained renowned expertise in the drafting of acquisitions contracts, limited partnership agreements, as well as corporate reorganizations.  Her meticulousness is proverbial : nothing escapes her.

In view of Mrs. Patenaude’s dedication to our law firm, it was only appropriate that she be named responsible for updating continued professional training  within our Business Law team.  She takes special care in providing expert guidance for our young lawyers.
