Mr. Simon Lacerte-Lamontagne practices mainly within the Corporate Law team of our firm.  As such, he is required to develop his expertise in the drafting of legal opinions in the fields of Corporate, Commercial and Real Estate Law.  He also handles questions relating to Disciplinary Law.

He joined our law firm on a part-time basis in the summer of 2006 and, although he has joined our firm as an articling student in January 2007 on a permanent basis, he has already made remarkable progress. He is member of the Quebec Bar since August 2007.

Mr. Lacerte-Lamontagne is conscientious, attentive and even somewhat of a diplomat!  We are confident that he will become an indispensable member of our firm.
