Established since 1981, Mercier Leduc L.L.P. offers legal services to a vast area of businesses. Our client base includes corporations and individuals active in the private and public sectors, including real estate, finance, banking manufacturing, oil and gas, retail sales, and professional and export services.

In order to assist our growing list of clients that carry on business abroad, we developed privileged relationships with law firms across Canada, in Europe and the USA.
Our lawyers have always been active in professional associations, including the Quebec Bar and Canadian Bar Association. For example, our firm’s partners include a former Bâtonnier of the Quebec Bar. In addition, some of our partners are past or present Law School and Bar School teachers.
